How to connect to your server?

Congratulations on your new Minecraft server with PiglinHost! Below are the instructions on how to connect for Java Servers. For Bedrock servers, please contact us.

  1. Open Minecraft. You can download the Official Launcher from here. 
  2. Make sure that you are playing on the correct version that your server is set to. In this example, Minecraft 1.18.1. Then click 'Play'.

     3. Once Loaded in, click the Multiplayer tab.

     4. Then, click Add Server at the bottom. 

     5. Then enter your details. For Server Name , this can be anything you like. Then for Server Address, enter the IP listed in your PiglinHost control Panel. Optionally, you can enter your Free Subdomain if you have created one instead. Then click Done.

6. You should now see the server in your server list. You can simply select the server, then click Join Server.
