Authentication Servers are Down?

This usually means there is an issue between the node your service is on and the Authentication servers provided by Mojang. This historically usually is resolved within 30 minutes, although sometimes can last up to one hour. 

 

We ask clients to wait at least 30 minutes as its not something we can control - however, if it's still not fixed after this time, please Create a Support ticket or message our Support team on Discord (During available hours) and we will transfer your service to another node or investigate to see if there is anything we can do!
