How to install a FTB modpack to my server?

Please note the latest version of FTB modpacks are only available via the feed the beast website and not from CurseForge anymore. This means you will need the server files from FTB, and you will also need the FTB Launcher to play the latest versions - CurseForge is not updated anymore. 

If you would prefer for our team to install the modpack for you - please contact us and we can do free of charge. 

You can now use our Brand New Modpack tab in your PiglinHost Control Panel as shown below! You can search for your modpack and desired version, and our panel will do the rest. We will be updating this knowledgebase. If you cannot find the modpack you are after or want a custom one created, please contact Support or read the below.

1. Visit https://www.feed-the-beast.com/modpack and locate the Modpack you want to install. One located, click the 'Server Files' tab as shown, then download the latest installer as shown.

2. This will download a .exe file as shown. Place this in its own empty folder, then run this.

3. It will prompt you with the following, type 'y' then use your keyboards Enter key to continue. You will then see it start to download files.

4. Once its complete, you will see that the folder will be populated with files. Next, find the forge .jar file as highlighted, then rename this to 'server.jar'. 

5. Once done, simply upload all the files to your server using FileZilla. If you have not connected to your server using FileZilla, we have a guide here: https://billing.piglinhost.com/index.php?rp=/knowledgebase/17/How-do-i-connect-to-my-servers-files-using-FileZilla.html

6. Once uploaded, simply give your server a start and that's it!
