How do i install a Modpack?

There are 2 different ways to get a Modpack installed. Please see below.

  • Modpack Installer

You can install a wide range of Modpacks via the Modpacks tab in your control panel. Please note, not all Modpacks have server packs, therefore our auto-installer will not be able to install this for you and most likely throw an error. Similarly, there are Modpacks that may have errors/issues on startup. 

If you encounter this, please contact our Support via Discord or Support Ticket with the Modpack you would like - and we will happily convert and/or install the Modpack for you and get it setup free of charge. You can request as many as you like with PiglinHost!

  • Custom Modpack Installation

If you have built a Custom Modpack or want a certain set of Mods, we offer free, unlimited custom Modpack installations! (Thats right, no extra 'addons' or 'costs'). We would reccomend users to create their Modpacks using the CurseForge Launcher and then test the Modpack works in Singleplayer. Once tested, please export your Modpacks curseforge profile and create a Support Ticket or reach out via Discord and attatch the generated .zip file. If you are not using CurseForge, then please reach out via Discord or Support Ticket for a custom Modpack installation - and we will walk you through what files we need from you!
