June has been a very busy month for us - and we are super excited to share the major updates!
Node Updates
We have got brand new nodes for our US - East Location to newer, bigger, and more powerful servers. You may have noticed that you have already been migrated over to one of these new nodes, ranging from US8-US11. As its our most popular location, we were finding it difficult to keep with demand and it was constantly sold out - however, we are glad to say this will not be an issue of the past, and at the same time, our existing clients get even more powerful servers!
None of your files are affected, and if you were using your free subdomain included with your service then nothing will have changed. If you were not, then we will have emailed you a reminder of your new IP - which you can also see in the control panel.
Our launch of our new US - West location has also been a success with our first nearly being at 3/4 capacity! We expect to see an expansion of this location too coming in the future and will continue to ensure we have the correct server locations to provide the best latency possible to all of our clients.

Freebies for Clients
It's that time of year again when we organize some PiglinHost branded freebies to give out to Clients! We are happy to confirm we will still be doing this and we are currently organizing a few items. All clients with active services are eligible, and for those new, to PiglinHost it's something we aim to do every 6 months as a thank you for being with us! Before we get asked, No these items are not large or of massive value, however, they are branded and will be completely free - 3-4 this time around! Keep your eyes peeled in our Discord server for the latest on this!
Discord / Other Updates
We have updated our PiglinHost Bot to detect more keywords for regular Support issues, as well as added more knowledgebase guides for the most common questions we get asked. You can find this here - https://piglinhost.com/faq - on creating a Support Ticket our billing area will also suggest to you matching guides that may be relevant to your question!
Just to add - we have discontinued the LiveChat that was on our website. This was due to it not being used. Please create a Support Ticket or join our Discord Server instead! Everyone is welcome, client or non-client!
Future Updates
As always, we are constantly looking to improve our service to our clients! We will continue fixing behind the scene issues and bugs as normal - however, we will be looking at adding some new extra functionality and features to the control panel to make it even easier to manage your service.
The Website & Billing Area refresh will also be underway as well which is quite a large change coming.
As well to this, we have some Discord Server changes in the pipeline that we want to implement too - including Auto-Ranks and more.
