Hello everyone,

 

Below you can find our updated Support schedule for the month, as well as some exciting updates we want to share.

Free Goodies

We will be giving out free Stickers and Face Masks (PiglinHost Branded of course!). If you would like some, please send us a message via Discord or Support ticket - please note if you are not in the UK we may ask you to cover the postage, however, this should be very small (A dollar or two) or you can recommend a postage service of your choice to us that best fits and we can accommodate! 

 

Support Schedule

It's that festive time of year - and we wanted to keep you all updated with what changes are coming and also our changed support hours for this month. We work extremely hard to ensure our clients are happy, and as such we want to ensure our team can enjoy this time of year too. Below you can find our updated support schedule. Please see the asterisks associated for further details and descriptions.

*Please note we will reply to all questions, as usual, replies may not be instant however we reply within support hours as most of you are used to. A reply does not indicate a resolution if you require something installing for example or configuring.

**We will still be replying to messages, and we can offer guidance if you are unsure as usual - if it's something regular you require installing or configuring, then we can do this for you as normal. If you require a custom install, such as a modpack or permissions that require more time, then this will be done either in the morning or night - we will reply with updates and ensure all clients and seen to. 

 

Support Schedule for New Year's eve and New Year's day will be announced shortly, however, will most likely be similar to the above. 

 

Updates/News

We are always looking to make sure our clients are happy here at PiglinHost, and even though our servers at the moment at more than capable enough of even the most intense modpacks, we want to make sure we are constantly up to date to the best possible without causing any delays or downtime to our clients. We will be migrating clients over to our new nodes in the coming week or so, and we will be performing this at night, so there should be no interruptions on your side. Our smart panel can transfer servers within minutes, and it will not affect any of your services files. If you are using your free included subdomain, then nothing will change - if you are using the regular IP and Port, this will change so we do recommend using the free included subdomain! (You can set this in your control panel). If you are being migrated, we will open a Support Ticket and send you an email to let you know - there is nothing needing to be done or prepared on your end - if you do not receive an email or Support Ticket, this means you are not being transferred and you are already on one of our new nodes! 

 

December Affiliate Bonus

We are thankful for all of the clients that recommend us to friends, as an independent hosting company against the major players - it truly means a lot to us, and all the positive reviews make it very worthwhile. If you would like to leave us a review, please get in touch for an invite link, we appreciate it a lot! A lot of clients arent aware that we actually do run an affiliate program, which you can activate in your client area - you will recieve a custom link, share this with your friends and others and you will earn a % of sales that are purchased through it! We understand a lot of our clients recommend us regardless and have been notified of this, however, we would also like to reward you for doing so! You can use this balance towards your invoices, or even withdraw to PayPal.

As a bonus, this month we are doubling all commission earned if spent on an invoice with us! For example, if you earn $5 from your affiliate and want to use it towards your service or invoice, we will double it to $10! Just send us a message when you want to redeem and we will do this for you! 

 

Mobile Application

We will be releasing our Android Application this month also, which will easily allow you to manage your service on the go, as well as your invoices and support requests. The app will also feature push notifications for any important news or outages, so you can be in the loop all the time! Please join our Discord and follow our Twitter to stay up to date! We currently do not have a plan for a iPhone application at the present time, however, it is something we want to look into.
