We have been testing our brand new Whatsapp integration for the past few months, and we are happy to finally roll it out to everyone.
This service is completely free of charge, and is enabled by default for all clients.
Its an automated service which will send Whatsapp notifications for any invoice, suspension or ticket emails that you would get from our Billing area. Please note this should not be seen as a replacement for our emails - please ensure you are getting our emails still as this is our primary way of contact. ( Please check your junk/spam folder, and add our email/domain to your contacts )
If you wish to modify your alert preferences, or disable it completely - you can do via https://piglin.host/whatsapp
If you have not registered for Whatsapp, you will not get any alerts automatically. If you wish to change your phone number, you can do this from your Billing area under your user preferences (Top right).
Please note this is a fully automated service, replying to our Whatsapp service at the moment will not yield any response as its not monitored at the current time, however, depending on user-feedback we may open this up as another Support channel for clients if this is something you would like - please let us know!
