We are happy to announce the latest feature that we have been working on which is our new fully automated Discord integration with our billing area!
You can now link your Discord account within your Billing area with the click of a button. This means we no longer will need to pre-authorize your account for Discord support if you require it!
Please note all clients that wish to use Dicord Support will have to link their account.
As well as this, you will automatically get the new shiny Verified role and badge as shown below! This will allow you access into extra channels and exclusive giveaways/updates that we will be adding shortly - as well as other client-only benefits!
We know checking emails can be a pain, especially with some going to spam/junk. This is why after linking your account you have the option to receive notifications from our PiglinHost Discord bot after linking accounts as shown below!
This means any emails you would usually get for invoice payments, network-related and/or panel-related issues, outages or errors, as well as ticket updates will be automatically sent straight to your Discord inbox from our Bot now as well!

We will also be adding specific levels in the future depending on your package as well as other new additions!
