As part of our ongoing improvements to our Support system - we have finally pushed some updates to our Billing area.
We have acknowledged that our Billing area's Support search is terrible - and therefore we have decided to push this update as quickly as we can to improve this to align with our Discord AI Support bot which is miles ahead!
Support Tickets
Our Support ticket procedure has now been updated! When you create a ticket and click Create, our AI Support Assistant (The same as our Discord bot for those who have used it) will calculate and try to help as much as it can! We have seen a rise in tickets that are already answered in our FAQ, and rather than have you wait to be sent the link to the article, our AI assistant can send you the needed answers within seconds.
You will still have the option to Submit a ticket if the answer is not suitable, or if you just want our Support team to help!
Please remember, this is not a replacement for our Support team, and our hands on Support very much exists. These are updates to help speed up our Support replies for those questions that may be quick fixes or we already have a guide on - and for our clients that are more hands on with their servers. We appreciate not everyone wants to sit through guides and go through the potential headache - and that is the main reason why most of you may have chosen PiglinHost!

Knowledgebase
Similar to the above, our Knowledgebase search has been updated to include our AI assistant to answer!
