How to contact Billing?

For anything billing related such as payments or transactions, you will need to create a Support Ticket to our billing department ensuring you are logged into your billing area. To do this:

  1. Login to your PiglinHost billing account here - https://billing.piglinhost.com/index.php?rp=/login
  2. Create a ticket here - https://billing.piglinhost.com/submitticket.php?step=2&deptid=3

 

Please note if you do not login, we will be unable to assist you.
