Subusers let friends help manage your server with their own login, so you never have to share your password.
Add a subuser
- Open Subusers in the menu on the left.
- Click Add Subuser.
- Type your friend's email address.
- Tick what they're allowed to do. For example, to let them use the console, and start, stop and restart the server, tick those four permissions.
- Click Invite User.
Your friend's invite
Your friend gets an email to set up their account. It usually lands in the junk or spam folder, so ask them to check there. If they can't find it, they can use Forgot password on the login page at https://panel.piglinhost.com to set a password.
Good to know
- Only tick the permissions your friend needs.
- They log in with their own account. Never share your own password.
- You can edit or remove them at any time in Subusers.
